Company profile In 1991, Val-Tech Data Consultants was established in Bergen County, New Jersey. The company owner Roy Havekost, specialized in database development and information storage and maintenance. This service was offered primarily to law enforcement agencies. Roy received his computer education through the Bergen County Community College in the mid 1980’s. He also instructed database creation and file management at the Bergen County Police Academy in the late 1980’s. PageAuthors Web Design was established early in 1996 as a subsidiary company of Val-Tech Data and specialized in webpage authoring, design and publishing. As the internet became more popular, smaller businesses unfamiliar with the technology needed to create an internet website would seek out qualified designers to accomplish their internet presence. We have become the IT staff for small businesses applying bright ideas to a business plan, conceiving an informative design layout and internet marketing plan and publishing that advertising plan to the world.
